💳Booking must be paid in full before the session is confirmed. No deposits accepted.
⏰Arrive on time. Your booked time starts at the scheduled start time, not when you arrive. Late arrival does not extend your session.
⏱Setup and breakdown must happen within your booked time unless extra time is purchased.
🚭No smoking on premises unless explicitly approved in writing before the booking.
🚫No weapons allowed unless for a legal, controlled production confirmed in writing in advance.
⚖️No illegal activity of any kind.
👥No extra guests beyond the approved guest count without prior approval.
🎛Do not move major equipment without permission.
💰Client is responsible for any damage caused by their group.
🔇Excessive noise must be kept under control out of respect for the building.
👶Children and minors must be approved and supervised at all times.
🍔Food and drinks must stay away from all equipment.
⚠️Overtime is billed at 1.5× your hourly rate if the session runs past the booked end time.
🛑The session may be ended early for unsafe, disrespectful, or rule-breaking behavior — no refund.

📄 Policies & Payment

⏰ Overtime Policy: If your session runs past the booked end time, overtime is charged in 30-minute increments at 1.5× your booked hourly rate, subject to studio availability.
Example: if your rate was $95/hr, overtime is $142.50/hr. If your rate was $120/hr, overtime is $180/hr.
Overtime must be agreed upon and paid before additional time begins. The session will not continue without confirmed payment.

💳 Payment Policy

Payment is required in full to confirm your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until Stripe payment is successfully completed. We do not hold unpaid time slots. Deposits are not accepted for studio bookings. No booking = no confirmation.

↩️ Cancellation & Rescheduling

All bookings must be paid in full at checkout. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the booking time for a full refund. Cancellations 24–168 hours before receive a 50% refund. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable. Reschedules are subject to studio availability.

Studio rental does not automatically include editing, file transfer, clips, thumbnails, captions, livestream operation, or social media posting — unless selected in add-ons. Always confirm what you need before booking so your session includes the right services.

👥 Guest Policy

Your booking is approved for the number of guests selected at checkout. Bringing more people than listed may result in extra charges or denied entry for additional guests. All people entering the studio — on camera, off camera, observing, or assisting — count as guests. This protects the studio equipment and production environment.
